Halfmoon (HM)
is the term given bettas that have a perfect 180 degree semi-circle caudal
fin when flaring. This fin type was developed by human manipulation and these
exquisite long-finned bettas take a lot of care to maintain. We recommend
using at least a gallon container or larger for halfmoons and changing
their water at least once weekly.
